All digital assets, 3D models, and textures shared on the PacoSims Patreon page and associated platforms are entirely original and created by PacoSims. These works are protected by international intellectual property laws. By downloading our content, you acknowledge our ownership and agree to use the files strictly within the boundaries of these terms.

2. Personal Use Only

The content provided is strictly intended for personal use within The Sims 4 gameplay. Access is granted solely to the primary user (the active Patreon supporter) who has agreed to these terms. Use of these assets by any third party who has not directly obtained the content through official PacoSims channels is strictly prohibited.

3. Distribution & Sharing Restrictions

  • No Redistribution: Sharing, re-uploading, or redistributing PacoSims content on any other platform, website, or cloud service is strictly prohibited.
  • Exclusive Platform: The only legal and authorized platform for the distribution of PacoSims content is our official Patreon page: patreon.com/pacosims.

4. Modifications & Conversions

  • Game Exclusivity: You may not modify or convert PacoSims assets for use in any software, engine, or game other than The Sims 4.
  • Recolors: Creating recolors of our meshes without explicit, written permission from PacoSims is prohibited.
  • Unauthorized Visualization: Unauthorized conversion of 3D assets into photo files, stock imagery, or other visual formats is forbidden.

5. Commercial Use Prohibition

The sale, rental, sub-licensing, or any form of commercial exploitation of PacoSims content is strictly prohibited. Our assets may not be used in any paid project, advertisement, or commercial environment.

6. Enforcement & Legal Rights
